The Endoscopy department using Olympus EVIS X1 endoscopy system performs gastroscopy, colonoscopy and bronchoscopy with or without sedation. The EVIS X1 endoscopy system introduces a range of technologies that aim to revolutionize the way physicians can detect, characterize and treat gastrointestinal disorders.

Olympus EVIS X1 endoscopy system features:

The EVIS X1 endoscopy system provides a combination of diagnostic and therapeutic innovations, alongside well-established technologies (NBI, TXI, RDI, ENDO-AID) to streamline and improve endoscopic procedures and scope handling. NBI, TXI technology aims to enhance the visibility of potentially suspicious tissue, which includes inflammation, flat or depressed lesions. RDI is designed to enhance the visibility of deep blood vessels and bleeding sources. ENDO-AID CADe is a computer-aided detection application that uses AI to suggest the potential presence of lesions such as colonic polyps, malignant neoplasms and adenomas.
