Sterilware 100, Bertin from France, the new technology for the decontamination and disinfection of infectious, sharps and pathological waste in the hazardous waste category of healthcare facilities is being introduced.

This fully automatic disinfection equipment decontaminates waste using microwaves without the use of chemical additives or distilled water, reducing the total weight and volume of waste up to 25%, with shredding, drying, and making the waste for long-term storage and recycle. As well as the equipment operation does not adversely affect the safety of waste workers.

Thus, the equipment makes possible to carry out all processes of collection, transportation and disinfection of infectious and hazardous waste from health care facilities on site, reducing the risks associated with these processes and creating the opportunity to ensure environment safety.
